THE ETHICAL PARTNERSHIP
By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs (Reset & Align, Ethical Accelerator, or Full Momentum), you agree to these Terms. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Tenzin Tserang.
OUR SERVICES & ADVISORY ROLE
I provide the ethical business model this includes brand positioning, copywriting, offer structures, and business systems for practitioners and facilitators.
- The “Science”: I deliver strategy, copy, and infrastructure via Notion and other digital tools.
- The “Choice”: You acknowledge that I act as an advisor and consultant. All copywriting texts, offer ideas, and strategy frameworks are provided as recommendations.
- Implementation: The choice to implement, publish, or use any materials provided rests entirely with you as the business owner. You are responsible for the final review and the results of any materials used in your business.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Investment: All fees are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Authorization: By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe for the agreed-upon total or monthly subscription.
- No Refund Policy: Due to the intensive strategic nature of our work and the immediate delivery of proprietary systems/Notion workspaces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You are making a commitment to the full term of the service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The “Ethical Business Workspace,” frameworks, and systems provided are for your internal business use only. You may not copy, resell, white-label, or distribute our materials to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the Netherlands.
